In this guided meditation we will connect to the emotion of guilt realizing how it leads us to repeat certain patterns in our life without realizing it.
By releasing guilt we accept ourselves, forgive ourselves, let go of the past, and move on to a better version of ourselves.
Guilt holds on to us and many times can be our biggest obstacle, it's a vicious circle.
When we let go of guilt we experience an upgrade in our life, we automatically let go of the baggage that weighs us down, we feel lighter, we feel at peace, and we feel free. Our vibration becomes higher and we start attracting those things in life that lead us to a better version of ourselves.
I suggest you repeat this meditation as many times as you feel you need to release guilt. Take your time to integrate the powerful revelations you can experience and most of all, accept and love yourself. That is the purpose of it all.
