In this guided meditation we will recognize the attachments we experience on a mental, emotional, and physical level.
In order to release them we must first identify them, accepting where this attachment comes from. Does an attachment hide a feeling of not being enough? Does it hide behind the feeling of lack? Does it fill a void? What and why hides behind our attachments?
All our attachments have power over our lives and wellbeing. By releasing them we experience a different connection with everything around us. We realize love and attachment are two different concepts, and that needing is just a consequence of a false belief that we are empty without something or someone.
I suggest you repeat this meditation as many times as you feel you need to release attachments. Take your time to integrate the powerful revelations you can experience and most of all, accept and love yourself. That is the purpose of it all.
