In this guided meditation we will unmask and release judgment, that which comes from Ego.
We will become aware of how we judge ourselves and others, and the true reason why we do it.
To judge is to condemn. By releasing this emotion we free ourselves from negative energy, we accept that we are humans on a mission to learn, and that we are enough even in our learning curves. When we reach that compassion and understanding toward ourselves, we start operating in the same way toward the external world. We accept everything is the way it is, and that others we may judge are in their process of learning too. We change judgment for compassion and start vibrating higher.
Judgment is linked to low vibrations, compassion is linked to love, the highest vibration. Where do you place your energy? How do you want to experience life?
I suggest you repeat this meditation as many times as you feel you need to release judgment. Take your time to integrate the powerful revelations you can experience and most of all, accept and love yourself. That is the purpose of it all.
