In this guided mediation we will recognize, accept, and transmute the emotion of fear.
Fear is one of those emotions that keep us away from accessing our true inner self and sharing with the world who we truly are.
Understanding the depth of this emotion is a journey in itself. What are we truly afraid of? Once we can decipher the belief that causes one to experience this emotion, we are able to transform the emotion into a powerful force that pushes us toward becoming self-confident and experience empowerment.
Through this meditation we will let go of those chains that hold us back, releasing the emotion of fear and stepping into our power.
I suggest you repeat this meditation as many times as you feel you need to release fear. Take your time to integrate the powerful revelations you can experience and most of all, accept and love yourself. That is the purpose of it all.
