In this guided meditation we will come back to our center, the now, the present moment, a clear state of being. By being in our center, we can make decisions without getting carried away and gain perspective on situations that may be causing us imbalance.
Finding our center helps us become grounded and calm. It also helps us release the drama we add to our thoughts that many times cause us to act impulsively and judge from a position of imbalance.
Coming back to our center, is coming back to our own presence, without any interference.
I suggest you repeat this meditation as many times as you feel you need to come back to your center. Take your time to integrate the powerful revelations you can experience and most of all, accept and love yourself. That is the purpose of it all.
