Domesticating our ego implies accepting that our interpretation of life is only a perspective and that what is true and what is not, is only moved by beliefs we’ve created. All our fears, worries, judgments, attachments, and sorrows come from an egotistic mind that thinks everything happens to them, not for them.
Releasing your ego implies accepting you are the creator of your story, transitioning from victimhood to responsibility. We can change the story of our life, the endless spirals we attract and feed, in the precise moment we realize we are both the singers and the song, the writers and the book.
